All items take 48 hours to process when they are received at our HQ.
We always aim to have items cleaned, photographed and uploaded within 10 working days of receipt however this can take longer during busier periods.
If you know your item has been online and are looking for a status update please follow the below steps:
Go to www.handbagclinic.co.uk
Search your unique BMB ID/ ITEM ID code in the top right search bar.
If your item is still visible online your item has not sold at this stage, please be assured we will be in touch with you directly once this has sold and the 10 day cooling off period has elapsed.
If your item is no longer online, please wait for our Payments Team to contact you directly to obtain your account details once the 10 day cooling off period has elapsed.
If you require an update on your item or this has been offline for over 10 working days, please email our specialist Customer Experience Team on enquiries@handbagclinic.co.uk and the team will be happy to assist. Please allow 24- 48 working hours for a response.
