What happens if my bag is not authentic?

In-Store:

If you item is deemed unauthentic on formal assessment in store this will be available for collection. However, this should be collected in 14 days or this can be removed from site as per our Terms of Service. 

Sent to Head Office:

If your item is sent to our Head Office and then deemed unauthentic, there will be a service charge of £40.00 (for Hermès items this is £100.00) to have the item returned to you in addition to a return delivery fee of £14.95.

In both situations this should be collected or delivery arranged within 14 days of receiving the notification or we reserve the right to pass this to the correct authority or dispose.
