When will I receive payment?

Consignment Offers:

Once your bag has sold on our website there is a 10 working day cooling off period* from the date of sale to allow our teams to check the sale is genuine and the item has not been returned as per your consignment agreement. 

Once this has been confirmed you will be contacted via email to obtain your account details via our secure portal. Once your details are received, you will be allocated a scheduled payment date. As per our Terms it can take 30 days from receipt of details for payment to be made however this is the maximum term and we always aim to make this as soon as possible. 

Cash Offers: 

Once your item has been received at our Head Office please allow 48-72 working hours for your item to be assessed by our specialist Buying Team. This can take longer during busy periods and for certain brands such as Hermes. 

Once your offer has been approved at this stage, you will then receive an email containing a link to submit your account details securely. Your payment is then made within 3-5 working days. 

Voucher Offers:

Vouchers will be uploaded to your personal E-Wallet once the item has been assessed and final offer has been approved at Head Office.
