Packaging Your Item
- Do not include non-essential accessories- Please remove any authenticity cards, receipts, care cards etc from the bag. Only the item being repaired should be sent and we are not liable for anything not requiring repair as per our Terms.
- Protect structured bags - For structured bags, take extra care by stuffing them to maintain their shape during transit
- Choose suitable packaging - Start by selecting a sturdy box or packaging material to safeguard your item during its journey. To maintain privacy and security, opt for plain, unmarked packaging rather than branded boxes. Use a good tape, ensuring a good seal at the edges.
- Label clearly - Ensure your shipment is clearly labelled and you take a picture of this, and the packaging used. This not only allows you to recall the tracking reference, but should we need to ask how it was packaged this is a great way to review.
