Our timescales provided are always an estimate given all work is bespoke and carried out by our skilled Artisans therefore may change depending on varying factors such as (but not restricted to), something being more complex than anticipated, unexpected Artisan absence and the progress of bags before your item in the queue.

Our Logistics Team depending on your chosen return method, will email you directly when your item is complete. 

You can obtain an update regarding your order within 14 days of your original estimated completion date provided to you in store or on your order confirmation.
