DX DELIVERY

If you have selected DX Delivery this can be tracked at https://www.dxdelivery.com/track

DPD DELIVERIES

If you have selected DPD Delivery this can be tracked at https://track.dpd.co.uk/

DPD Pin Delivery - If you select this option, you will be provided a PIN Number ( provided by App, SMS & Email). This should not be shared with anyone, and you will be required to provide the driver the pin number on delivery. If this is not provided, or does not match the delivery, the driver WILL refuse delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to make this PIN available to the driver. Failure to do so will result in delays with your delivery and possible surcharges. 

UPS 

If your order was shipped internationally this is shipped with UPS, and can be tracked at https://www.ups.com/track

Please note that these are internal processing timings, all deliveries are handled in 24 working hours to reduce time in the couriers possession. 

All orders will be despatched within your chosen delivery window unless further checks are required, to which you will be contacted directly by our Customer Support Team.
