Online purchases:
For online purchases, please notify us within 7 days if you wish to return your order (Statutory Rights not affected)*
You have 28 days to return the item back to our Head Office for full refund or exchange.
All item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as sold to you and include all original labels and security tag.
You can return your item(s) to your local UPS Drop Off Point (Mainland UK only) for £4.95.
If you are ready to make a return, complete our Online Return Form now.
Please allow 3-5 working days from receiving email confirmation that the return has been received for the return to be processed.
*For the return to be accepted and processed, we must be notified not later than 14 days from delivery or the return will not be accepted.

In-store purchases:
If purchased in store, you have 7 days to return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange. Any item returned after 7 days will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
- Refunds:
- Customers are entitled to a full refund if we are notified within 7 days of receiving the item, and the item is returned to us within 28 days of delivery, in line with our standard returns policy- Terms of Service
- Exchanges:
- For added convenience during the festive period, items can be returned for exchange only up until 12th January 2026*. This gives you extra time in case the item is a gift or if plans over the holidays cause delays.
Customs
We understand that our handbag enthusiasts live far and wide, so if your item(s) is being shipped outside the U.K, you will be liable to pay the custom charges (where applicable) and these will not be refunded as part of the return, only the value of the order itself.
