What does your grading system mean?

Our grading system is how we rate the condition of our bags and accessories that are sold on the website. Naturally, all the items we sell are pre-owned therefore this helps potential shoppers know what small areas of wear should be expected.

• Brand New: These bags have never been used and will come with all the original tags.
• Excellent: These bags have had their tags removed, but show no signs of use.
• Very Good: These bags will show very minor signs of wear.
• Good: These bags will show small signs of slight damage and wear.
• Fair: These bags are still in good condition but will show signs of use and some damage.

Please note, we always aim to upload images of any specific signs of use in the gallery reel for each bag to manage expectations in addition to the above.
