Do you offer a Warranty on your items?

We offer up to a 12-month warranty for manufacturing faults on our range of pre-owned designer handbags and accessories.

If you have a problem with a bag you have purchased from us, please email [e-mail] with your order number, photographs and a description of the problem so we can investigate this for you.

Naturally we cannot accept any damage that can be associated with wear and tear.
